Stephanie comes to the team with a wealth of knowledge. A former licensed broker, who is knowledgeable with contract questions and compliance, she brings a fantastic operational skill to the team. Stephanie loves helping clients keep it simple by providing them a road map to closing and holding their hand every step of the way. Being a liaison between the client, Sara and her team and the juggling of paperwork and scheduling for inspections, title work, lender needs as well as general communications as needed in all the behind the scenes work. She keeps the ball rolling smoothly in the process to get everyone to the closing table.
